Rob Shoaff - CEO

Rob Shoaff is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Safety and Legacy Workforce Partners, bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience across environmental health & safety, workforce development, and operational performance in manufacturing, construction, and industrial environments.

Throughout his career, Rob has helped organizations navigate OSHA compliance, reduce risk, develop leaders, and build strong safety cultures that work in the real world. His approach is practical, people-focused, and rooted in firsthand experience leading inside large, complex facilities.

Through Legacy Safety, Rob supports organizations with OSHA compliance, safety consulting, training, and culture development. Through Legacy Workforce Partners, he helps companies hire smarter, develop leaders, and align workforce strategy with safety, productivity, and performance.

Rob is also the host of The Safety Dude Podcast, where he blends real-world lessons, leadership insights, and a relatable, no-nonsense approach to safety and culture. His mission is simple: protect people, strengthen teams, and help organizations perform at a higher level without letting work pile up.
